Greetings. After nearly 60 years as a working Scribe and Calligrapher, I feel that I am nearing the end of my apprenticeship (grin). Working full time at my trade, I create a lot of bread and butter stuff, like certificate lettering, wedding invitations and diplomas, but occasionally I have the opportunity to carry out a memorable commission. I would like to share a few of these with you.

Please note: All manuscripts are hand-crafted originals on highest quality paper or card using gold leaf, traditional inks and hand ground paints; I create only original artwork - there are no copies or prints, and no computers are used in the production of these works of art. A thousand years ago, I would have been a monk.
